I participated Nordic Swap through Ravelry and my swap partner was Kim from USA. That's why this time in English too. Don't worry, it's not going to be a habit. I hardly have time to blog even in Finnish! :D
Nordic Swap was really fun experience and it was the first international swap I participated. Point was to send something summery to your swap partner - and yarn, of course. I sent Finnish stuff to Kim: Finlayson Muumi-towel, Marimekko strawberry napkin, Fazer chocolate, Novita Bambu yarn and tourist guide from Helsinki.
Ja tässä, mitä sain Kimiltä:
And here's what I got from Kim:

Cool sunglasses, exotic American goodies, T-pins, a lipbalm with beewax, stickers a rock (Kim's summer hobby is rockhunting), a fake flower (which I forgot from the picture) and yarn of course. I hear Lily Sugar'n Cream Solid is good yarn for knittied dishclothes. Maybe I should knit the first dishcloth in my life then? :) Lana Grossan Meilenweit 100 Cotton Stretch is supposed to be very summery yarn and it sure feels like it! I can hardly wait until I've finished some of my works so I can start knitting socks for myself. Thanks Kim, I loved your package! I couldn't have received better!
Katsokaapas, mitä muuta sain rapakon takaa:
Check out what other stuff I got from overseas:

Kyllä, tilasin Ravelrysta paidan, jolla voin tästä lähin perustella lankaostokseni joka päivä!
Yes, I ordered a T-shirt from Ravelry. With this shirt I can justify my yarn shopping every day!
